I'M MOVING TO SUNWAY! WOO-HOO :D

Okay, so I'm not moving for good. For the last 6 months of my A Level Course, I'll be staying at the Sun-U Residence, from Jan till June 2009. May I just say that I SO CAN'T believe that it's finally January 2009! before I continue with my "Zomg! She's moving to Sunway?!" post. Why am I moving you may ask? (I have blogged about my move many a blog ago, but just a quick update and new info to the blog surfers who don't know) :

1) It's a good 30 minutes drive from Ampang in the morning, and a lovely 1 hour return back in the evening, and 30 minutes more if there's a massive traffic jam -.-"

2) My folks think it's time I became more independent, i.e. do my own chores and scrounge for my own food meself T.T Both my folks went to boarding school (My mom went to Brisbane, Aus when she was 16 HERSELF! *gasps*) so they feel it's time for my share of suffering at a hostel

Naturally, I'm quite excited :D since I get to live on my own now, ehhe (Okay, so I'll have roommates) and well, a lil nervous. I hope that I'll successfully balance my studies with my piece of the housework. (Everyone has their lazy days, ya know?) Mr Leo and Ms Ida have advised me not to stay at the apartment when I'm sitting for my A2 exams, as it will be troublesome for me. But I think I'll be able to manage. *crosses fingers*

Just a lil footnote- I had 2 holiday destinations in one month: Sydney, Australia and Pulau Pangkor, Perak. One international and one local. (Ahh, such the globetrotter, hah XD) Although both have been enriching and unforgettable experiences for me, both have not done good to my face. As of right now, I can actually imagine the reactions of my collegemates when I return back to Sun-U once again on the 5th of Jan.

I have a really bad case of sunburn and spotty breakouts when I stayed in both Sydney and Pangkor. My grandpa remarks that only when I returned back from Sydney and stayed in Pangkor that my face showed a bad reaction. He analysed that exposure to excessive sunlight has caused my skin to breakout. The dermatologist has already given me the proper sunscreen and healing nightcrem to help my skin recover, but the process will be slow. It's quite embarassing really, but oh well. Everyone has their flaws, just so happen that mine had to be bad facial skin >.<"""

Hey, enough of the whiny small talk. The new year has finally arrived and therefore, new resolutions and changes to be made. To be an independent woman is one of mine, and hopefully I keep to it ;D

HAVE A GREAT 2009 EVERYBODY!!!
